The Sixth One Metre Race was scheduled for 27th April 2014
Whilst there were Seven Skipper in attendance the water was very choppy requiring No 3 Suit.
Eventually it was agreed to abandon racing and we convened to Boat House for Coffee.
The Hove Corporation Bowl will now be next Sunday. This change also required the Tansley Cup Race to be put back one week.

The Second Fiesta Race was scheduled for 20th April 2014

We had light rain and Light on Skippers. Consistent Rain started at 11 AM.
Convened to Boat House for Coffee

Windward Buoys & Finish Line

23rd March 2014
The First Fiesta Race was accompanied by a cold wind of 4 degrees C
Due to a number of boat failures the Skippers often sailed different boats each race.
We had seven Skippers and only four operating yachts
This allowed those with boat failures to continue to sail - but not in every race and also allowed those without a Fiesta to sail.
The recorded results were therefore largely meaningless and hence have not been.published.
The scheduled Race Officer never appeared and our thanks go to Peter C who stood in at short notice.

16th March 2014
The Third One Metre Race was a Trophy Race for the Derek Norfolk Cup
Another bright sunny day with variable winds
